We offer a complete  "Customer Charter"  for all our customers, and the George Street Waterbeds owner has served on the board of the British Waterbeds Association. Our service engineers carry a wide range of spares, and we offer a wide range of accessories from conditioner through to new mattresses. We also offer a great service contract which provides a high standard annual service where we condition, clean, (with special vinyl cleaner), check the bed comfort and heater for you. Our Service Engineers can move your bed, dismantle and store your bed, re-assemble a bed, or just put a new headboard on if needed.

George Street Waterbeds is located at George Street Furnishers in Newport, and waterbeds have been sold from this location for over a decade.
