The Akva Baby is non-allergic and easy to keep clean. The water mattress comes in three different sizes and is suitable for most cots and cradles, for children up to 3 years.
The water mattress gently shapes itself to the contours of your child's body, providing optimal support. The child will not wake as often and will thus experience deeper and more relaxing sleep. Small children especially need a good night's sleep as it is during sleep that the day's impressions and lessons are processed and stored.
Just like an adult water mattress, the Akva Baby is very easy to clean. The removable cover is washable and the mattress may be cleaned with Akva Care products. An improved hygiene level, surpassing that of traditional mattress types, is possible because dust mites cannot penetrate into the water mattress.
Water mattresses afford a greater degree of hygiene than traditional types of mattresses, as dust mites are not able to penetrate the surface of the water mattress. Due to the mattress' minimal water content, insulating foam frame, insulating layer and cover, Akva baby does not come with a heating element.
